DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER!

I'm only giving 1 star because that is the least this tool allows. I ordered a cover and one day later received a "shipping update" for several weeks later. I cancelled that order and ordered a different cover that claimed "expedited shipping". Once again, after charging my cc they sent a shipping update for weeks later. I'm still trying to get a refund for the 2nd cancellation. It's been over a week and they my cancellation is "pending". Everytime I contact them I get a different story "I'm in sales; can't help"; "(insert name) is processing your cancellation and refund now"' etc.

Tonneau cover wait time

I purchased a Tonneau cover in the middle of March of this year (2021). I was not informed about any delays in delivery of my cover when I purchased the cover over the phone with a representative. I was later informed (2 weeks) that my order would be shipped early April.
About 2 weeks after that, I was informed that my cover would be completed from production on the 22nd of April and would ship on May 5th.
Today (April 26) I received another email stating the cover will not ship until May 28th! Seriously? I have had enough with the wait time on the delivery of my order! Why is there such an issue with getting my product? I have NEVER had such a problem with this company until now. This is going to make me not order from them ever again and leaving a bad review! I can't deal with the incompetence any longer! If they use the excuse of COVID-19 being the answer, that to me is just a cop out for bad customer service! I need answers and a solution which they are not giving me!
I am a very disappointed customer right now!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! Order placed on March 3rd, and is now March 16, I received a second estimated delivery email, stating delivery would now be as late as April 5.
Hoping, and praying, that we get a full refund, because they did not waste any time in taking the money out on March 3, but still will not ship any time soon.

will i ever get it.

placed my order and got a delivery date. after my delivery date i got an email saying it was delayed. after a month of getting repeated delay notices I contacted customer support to figure it out. they sent me an email saying it had been resolved. i figured that meant i was getting it. no they delayed it another month. so two months after they got my money still no cover.

This company keeps you on the hook with…

This company keeps you on the hook with promises of ship dates, only to disappoint. They said 10 days and now they keep moving the date, now looks to be closer to a month. I have asked them to cancel my order after reading the reviews of the company. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. If you are reading this before you order, don't order from this company, they don't communicate well at all.

Order your cover elsewhere!

Ordered a cover for a Toyota Tacoma and received the mounting hardware for a Nissan Frontier, called customer service to have them send me the correct hardware and was asked to send photos of the hardware that was sent. Then was told it would be reviewed by a “specialist” to see what they could do to help. Very simple fix, just send me the correct hardware! I now have a cover that cannot be mounted to my truck and am stuck waiting to hear back from a “specialist”. Terrible customer service, buy your cover elsewhere!

3 weeks and still hasn't shipped!

I ordered a gator fx3 on Nov 7th from there website... it is now nov 25th and still has not shipped and just got an update delivery will now be 3rd week of dec. I'm canceling my order as soon as I can, if I can get a hold of anyone!!!!!! This company sucks go through the manufacturer.

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a roll up truck bed cover from Tonneau Covers World. The mounting brackets for the cover did not fit my truck bed rails, and it turns out that they shipped me a model for a different application than what I ordered.
I called their customer service to report the error and get the correct brackets. After spending an hour on hold, I finally got to speak to a representative. She told me that they could get me the new brackets, and that it may take a couple of days since they would need to process a warranty claim with the manufacturer. No problem.
Fast forward 11 days and I still haven't even received any communication about my new brackets. I called back to check on the status, and I was greeted by a very rude representative who would not let me speak. I finally got her to transfer me to someone who could help. The next representative was not rude, however she informed me that they are weeks behind and that it could take them another 3 days to even get me a shipping label. I asked her why I would need a shipping label since I was told that they would just be sending new brackets when I first called 11 days ago. She informs me that they cannot just ship me new brackets and that I will have to send back the entire cover assembly, and once they received it back that they would finally place a new order for me.
I hung up the phone at that point and dealt directly with the manufacturer. STAY AWAY. This company has zero customer service. They will mess up your order, lie to your face, and then drag their feet for weeks to fix their own mistake. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered a product based on website…

I ordered a product based on website info. Immediately called company to verify its use. Was told it wouldn't work for what I intended it to be used for. I cancelled the order 11 minutes after ordering. I got confirmation emails stating they understand I am CANCELLING the order. I call 4-5 times over 2 weeks to see why I am still getting shipping updates. They say they are working on it. After 12 days they send me an email saying the item has shipped. I have sent 4 email requests and talked to them 3 times to insure the item does NOT SHIP. They reply to my email complaints asking "not to ship the product" and refund me my money, with a GOOD NEWS email that my issue is resolved and the product is shipping out today. They are the WORST COMPANY when it comes to listenin to the customer.

Ordered Sunday

Ordered Sunday. Still hasn’t shipped. Yet website offers same day shipping. BEWARE!!! Dare you to try and get in touch with anyone within an hour of waiting that will even check on the order. This is the same company as Realtruck.com
